1See Mayer 2009: 429 for the reading.
2Ebeling 1953: 28 wants to read liš-k[un(!)] at the line's end: "May Ea establish favor for me in your heart." Since the prayer addresses Ea, this reading has trouble with the second person pronominal suffix on libbu. I expect an imperative. Perhaps the last word is šīm(a) (= ši-im or ši-ma), "decree" (for me). But the phrase "in your heart" may also speak against this idea. I do not have a parallel for a god decreeing something in his heart.
3The restoration follows Ebeling 1953: 26.
4See Mayer, UFBG, 456, n.20(1) for eṭ-ri-nin{+in}-ni-ma. NIN-in is either a gloss or a scribal mistake.
