1Ebeling's restoration (1953: 68), rūqûti, "distant," is no longer viable in light of the reading in K.3429+ (= P395006), AN BAD = {d}IDIM, Enlil (see CAD Š/2, 442 and Ṣ, 215). For the phrase baʾulāt Enlil, see CAD B, 182-183.

7Ebeling 1953: 72 suggests [lu-ut]-t[a-ʾ-id], "I may celebrate," here. But other verbs of praise may fit the traces, too (e.g., Gt of šamāru: luštammar).
