2The restoration is based on the fragmentary opening lines of the incantation as attested in K.3515 and 1879-7-8, 219, for which see George and Taniguchi 2010: 84, 86, which supersedes Mayer's former restoration (1976: 407), in which he restored Nusku as the addressee. Thus, the text of this incantation should be categorized as Ninurta 7 (see Mayer 1976: 405) instead of Nusku 8 (Mayer 1976: 407). Although George and Taniguchi restore a shuila-rubric to this prayer (2010: 85), there is currently no evidence for one.
