2"His" might refers to the supplicant. Or, perhaps read qar-rad-su#-[nu], "their hero," i.e., of the gods. The last sign is not DINGIR.
3The NA has a Middle Assyrian shape. Perhaps the line should read something along the lines of a-me-lu-tu₄ ma-la šu-ma na-bat, "human beings, by whatever name," as in K.235+ (= P393803), obv. 8, which is a line in Marduk 4. If that is the case here, the reading is not so straight forward: NA{+ti} ma-<la> MU{+um} [na-bat . . .]. Although NA is a common logogram for amīlu in diagnostic and medical contexts, NA{+ti} for awīlūtu is not booked in the lexica.
