1There are two suggested restorations for the beginning of this line. Mayer (1990: 467) suggests [EN₂ reš-t]u?-°u₂ šub-tu₂, "[prime]val dwelling." Alternatively, Abusch and Schwemer 2016: 309 read [EN₂ at-ru(?)] ⸢šam⸣-ru-⸢tu₂⸣(?), "[exceedingly] fierce" (311, with 312). However, there may not be enough room for so many signs. See p. 312, where they also discuss the grammar of "perfect in strength."
