The goal of the Sign Lists project is to provide digital access to all cuneiform sign lists from the middle of the third millennium B.C.E. until the end of cuneiform culture by linking digital images of the cuneiform tablets with transliterations, translations, and glossaries. The sign lists served to teach and preserve knowledge of the cuneiform writing system, both in antiquity and in the present.
